This investment covers a cohesive collection of signage, from welcome signs and seating charts to personalized bar menus and reception signage—each element carefully designed to enhance your event’s flow and aesthetic.

    Whether you need a bold entrance statement, elegant table signage, or functional directional pieces, we work with you to create a collection that reflects your vision and ensures a polished, seamless look throughout your celebration.

  • To ensure your custom event signage is everything you’ve envisioned, we recommend placing your order well in advance. This allows time for thoughtful design, careful revisions, and expert craftsmanship.

    • Custom Signage: Begin the design process at least 4-6 months before your event to allow for customization and production.

    • Signage Rentals: We recommend reserving your selections 4-6 weeks in advance to secure availability, as our rental inventory is limited.

    • Rush Orders: Need something sooner? Expedited options may be available upon request, ensuring you still receive beautifully crafted signage on time.

    2. Estimate & Booking: After the consultation, you’ll receive a detailed estimate. Once approved, we’ll send over an invoice and contract. Your spot is secured when the retainer is paid and the contract is signed.

    3. Design & Proofing: You’ll receive a digital mockup of your custom signage, This allows you to see how everything will come together while also allowing any necessary revisions to ensure that every detail aligns with your vision before moving forward with production.

    4. Production & Finishing Touches: Once you approve the final designs, we move into production, using premium materials and expert craftsmanship to create each piece.

    5. Delivery & Setup: For rentals and large-scale signage, we offer delivery and professional installation, ensuring a seamless experience on the day of your event.
